One of the best, most well balanced, and flavorful burgers I've had. I'm not usually a fan of French onion anything, but this was surprisingly delicious. Definitely a must try.

This local Las Vegan regularly attends productions at Majestic Repertory Theatre on Main Street in the Arts District. During a recent excursion, my fellow theatergoers and I decided to check out Holstein's before the show. It's right across the street from the theater. Attentive service and delicious eats. Upscale interior but no stuffy vibes. We were all still talking about Holstein's even after the terrific production. We will be back!

I ordered mine cooked medium and it had a savory, moist texture and the light sauces that were on it were perfection. This is a very artistic approach to a old-time favorite that will not disappoint. The garlic fries are something you will remember as well.

I was visiting Vegas and was on the Strip and asked for a more local place. I was told I had to try Holsteins, and I was up for it when I heard their menu. It was beyond my expectations! The drinks were amazing but the food was beyond my expectation! The Raider burger (even though I'm a Hawks fan) was so flavorful and delicious! The parm fries were a meal in their own, I stuffed myself like it was thanksgiving just trying to finish them, the service, I can't. Everyone was happy and attentive! They made you feel like a local but also felt cared for. I highly recommend going to the Art District and discovering Holsteins. You can't leave disappointed!

Absolutely cooked perfectly. Best birger in all of Vegas if not all of the United Stayes. Friendly, polite and professional service. Great design and layout of bar and restaurant.
